A popsicle card

Stampin Up and Tart and Tangy
Yes everywhere you look popsicles are poppin' up!

I thought it would be fun to try a scratch n' sniff technique as the Tart & Tangy stamp set seemed just perfect for this. Earlier this year our monthly newsletter for demonstrators introduced this technique. I didn't really have a stamp set that would work at the time but now I do!

I used Weight Watcher's orange juice mix as the sugar free drink & it worked fine & didn't caramelise. Both the demo newsletter and Split Coast Stampers say to mix 1-1/2 tsp of clear embossing powder to one tsp of scented "drink" mix. I probably added another tsp of embossing powder to the mix as the first few attempts weren't shiny enough.

Stamp set/s: Tart & Tangy, Sweet Hellos
Card stock: Only Orange, Yo Yo Yellow, Whisper White
Ink: Only Orange, Versamark
Other: Horizontal punch, Corner Rounder Punch, Scallop Circle Punch, Pumpkin Pie striped grosgrain ribbon (half coloured with Yo Yo Yellow marker), Dimensionals, clear embossing powder, Stamp-a-ma-jig

Cutting dimensions:
Only Orange 5-1/2 x 3-3/4"
Whisper White (inside card) 3-5/8 x 2-5/8"

And who's ben taking a nibble out of it? Yummy!
